VKT & Co. is a Melbourne-based management consultancy founded by Vijen Subramoney, Founder and Principal Consultant. With more than 20 years’ experience across Australia and New Zealand, Vijen helps organisations understand complex challenges, create clarity, build capability and deliver measurable results.
His experience spans strategy and governance, projects and transformation, learning and workforce capability, compliance and assurance, assets, facilities, HSEQ and operational leadership. A PMP-certified project professional, Agile practitioner, electrical engineer and registered electrician, Vijen has led national and multi-site operations across utilities, infrastructure, engineering, industrial operations, vocational education, logistics and manufacturing.
